Rilassatevi e rigeneratevi in questa oasi glamour di fascino, quiete ed eleganza. Maison Montello è una villa privata situata in una delle zone più verdi ed esclusive di Varese, non lontano dal centro (1,5 km) e molto tranquilla. Cura e ricerca sono stati i principi che hanno ispirato la ristrutturazione appena conclusa. Abbiamo ristrutturato con lo stesso amore della nostra casa per trasmettere il concetto di "sentirsi a casa" e permettervi di fruire di un soggiorno come a casa di un amico.
La villa non dispone di servizio colazione ma si può godere, in condivisione tra le due camere, di una cucina completamente attrezzata, un ampio soggiorno ed un grande terrazzo con tavolini e sedie godendo dell'esperienza della vista e della fragranza di un giardino dove essenze fiorite si susseguono tutto l'anno e dove, con la bella stagione, poter fare colazione, pranzare e cenare. Un giardino dove l'approccio aromatico olfattivo, in aggiunta a quello visivo, ha determinato le scelte nel tempo: siepi di rosmarino, timo, salvia, menta, finocchietto selvatico, basilico, alloro e lavanda, l'elicriso, il calycanthus a febbraio, il gelsomino a maggio che ricopre l'intera facciata e spettacolare e segreto a settembre per tre-quattro settimane l'osmanthus fragrans e piu' tardi fino a dicembre le camelie invernali.
Cucina con frigo, freezer, forno tradizionale e MW, macchina caffe' per cialde, tostapane, bollitore elettrico e tutta l'attrezzatura per poter cucinare in tutta libertà.
Entrambe le camere sono dotate di ampie finestre luminose che vi permettono sempre di vivere il giardino.
Camere immerse nel verde e molto silenziose con parquet marmo o palladiana.
Letti matrimoniali queen size con biancheria in lino o singoli da 90 cm.
Bagno en suite per entrambe le camere, con finestra tripla, completo di bidet, doccia/vasca, asciugacapelli e specchio a tutta altezza e biancheria bagno in spugna ad alto spessore.
Acqua depurata ed addolcita per una fantastica esperienza per la vostra pelle ed i vostri capelli.
Portavaligie doppio che vi consente di lasciare due valigie aperte senza la necessità di svuotarle.

Siamo molto attenti alla SOSTENIBILITA' ambientale cosi' come al comfort dei nostri ospiti. Doppie pareti per garantire un migliore isolamento dal caldo e dal freddo. Anche le finestre sono a doppio vetro (le piu' recenti addirittura a triplo vetro). Inoltre grazie al tetto a sbalzo che protegge dal diretto irraggiamento ed agli alberi, la temperatura della casa e' NATURALMENTE fresca anche in estate e non richiede ARIA CONDIZIONATA (comunque installata) ne' le pale a soffitto aggiunte per consentirvi un soggiorno ancora piu' "a' la carte". Ci sono zanzariere alle finestre per garantirvi lunghe notti di assoluto riposo. Abbiamo installato pannelli fotovoltaici, la caldaia e' a condensazione e stiamo anche cercando di sostituire le specie vegetali del giardino con altre a minor consumo idrico al fine di lasciare ai nostri figli il miglior mondo possibile.

A pochi metri trovate l'autobus per Varese e per la stazione, ci sono due piscine (di cui una olimpionica) a poche centinaia di metri, uno sporting center, una pista da pattinaggio sul ghiaccio e l'ippodromo, due golf center a 5-6 km, Villa Panza con la sua importantissima collezione di arte moderna americana, i laghi (Varese, Ghirla, Maggiore, Monate, Varano) con tantissime opportunita', piste ciclabili, montagne... Siamo felici di ospitarvi e condividere con voi tutte queste opportunita'.

Maison Montello is a private villa located in one of the most exclusive and greenest areas of Varese, not far from the center (1,5 km) but very quietCare and research were the principles that inspired the recently completed renovation with the same love as our home to convey the concept of “feel homely” and allow you to have a stay like at a friend’s house,
The villa doesn't have a breakfast service but you can enjoy, shared between the two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a large terrace with two tables and chairs where, during the summer, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoy the experience of the view and the fragrances from the garden. Flowering essences are present in succession throughout the year. An olfactory aromatic emotion all over the year: rosemary hedges, sage, thyme, mint, the wild fennel,the helichrysum, the calycanthus in February, the jasmine in May and, unrivalled, in September for 3-4 weeks, the Osmanthus scent and, later till December, the winter Camelia.
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, traditional and MW oven, coffee pod machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the equipment to be able to cook in complete freedom.
Both bedrooms, and also bathrooms, have large luminous windows that allow you to experience the garden.

We are very attentive to environmental SUSTAINABILITY as well as the comfort of our guests. Double walls to grant better insulation from cold and heat and double glazed windows (the most recent ones are triple glazed). Furthermore, thanks to the cantilevered roofs that protect from direct sunlight and the trees, the temperature is NATURALLY cool even in summer and does not require AIR CONDITIONERS (however installed) as well as ceiling paddle fan to make it even more “a’ la carte” your living room. There are mosquito nets on the window to grant you long nights of absolute rest. We have installed solar panels, the boilers are condensing and we are trying to replace the plant species with water saving ones to leave our children the best possible world.

A few meters away you will find the bus to Varese and the station, there are two swimming pools (one of which is Olympic) a few hundred meters away, a sporting center, an ice skating rink and a racecourse, two golf centers 5 -6 km. away. Villa Panza with its very important collection of modern American art, the lakes (Varese, Ghirla, Maggiore, Monate, Varano) with many opportunities, cycle paths, mountains... We are happy to host you and share them all with you.
